PengCBA collects the information you provide through our intake form (name, email, phone, engineering background, and any documents you upload) solely to deliver the service you've purchased.

We do not sell or share your personal information or submission content with third parties. Documents and drafts are stored securely and are accessible only to you and your assigned reviewer through your Client Portal login.

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (WooCommerce/Stripe/PayPal) and is subject to their own privacy practices; PengCBA does not store your full payment card details.

You may request deletion of your account and associated documents at any time by emailing hello@pengcba.com.
