PengCBA provides writing assistance, coaching, and review services related to Competency-Based Assessment (CBA) submissions for Canadian professional engineering licensure. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any provincial or territorial engineering regulator. Final licensure decisions rest solely with your regulator's assessors; PengCBA does not guarantee approval of any submission.

All content you submit remains your own work product. Fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on work already completed.
